We're Baaack!

We are back and badder than ever. We have awoken from our blogging slumber, and have emerged with a brand spanking new website. In celebration of our beauty of a new website, we're offering 25% off any online purchase. Use Discount Code WEBSITE07 at checkout!

http://www.etredesign.com/. Use it. Live it. Love it ... Because we put our sweat, blood, and tears into its development.

We've also been running around the Myspace circuit - www.myspace.com/etredesign. Feel free to add us as a friend, if you feel so inclined. We must be doing something right, because Rosalind Stormer featured us in one of her blog entries. Much love to Ms. Stormer for her pleasantly unexpected shout out to us.

Stay tuned, folks, because now that the new website is up and running (what a monstrous project!), I get to do what I love --- write! I'm excited to share my ramblings about fashion, entertainment, and of course jewelry.

Welcome Note

Être = French verb meaning "to be"
Design = To create or produce, as a work of art

Être Design = The most mispronounced company name to enter Ann Arbor, Michigan. So, once and for all, it's time to clear up the confusion. We are Être Design. Eh-trah. (And even that is the Americanized version of the French word.) Not ee-ter, not ee-tray. (GET 'ER DONE!)

But we're not worried about this minor issue. We're proud to be Être Design, because our mantra is wrapped up in this single "unpronouncable" word. Être. To be. We want our jewelry to provide you with the ability to be the fashionista within ... to be The Man (even though you're wearing -- horrors!! -- a bracelet) ... to be yourself.

We're a powerhouse of a company that has made a name for ourselves with innovative designs in stainless steel, titanium, and tungsten metals. We also offer more traditional products and services, like custom jewelry (including engagement rings), wedding bands, and men's accessories (including cuff links and tuxedo studs). We provide every customer with a level of customizability and individuality that can't be found anywhere else. That's why we are so awesome.

That's also why you should probably start pronouncing our name correctly.

Être Design is proud to unveil the new C-Note collections of stainless steel and titanium jewelry at www.etredesign.com (still under construction -- click on the "collections" link to view them).

Check back here for Être updates, as well as general rants/insights/news about relevant stories.
